Tee Beaver is a Canada-based brand.

Our products are printed and shipped by trusted production partners located in different regions to ensure efficient delivery and consistent quality.

Depending on your location and the item ordered, your package may ship from a facility outside Canada.

How Do You Print Your Clothes?

All Tee Beaver apparel is printed on demand using modern, high-quality digital printing.

We work with trusted production partners who use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which allows for:

  • Soft, breathable prints
  • Long-lasting colors
  • High-resolution detail

Each item is printed only after you place an order, carefully inspected, and shipped directly to you.

 

Do I Need to Create an Account to Shop With You?

No — you can check out as a guest.

Creating an account is optional, but it allows you to:

  • View your order history
  • Track orders more easily
  • Check out faster next time

You’ll receive order and tracking updates by email either way.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All Tee Beaver products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days
  • Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and carrier fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

 

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through our checkout.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Digital wallets (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay)
  • Other options shown at checkout

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

 

What Size Should I Choose?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to offer size exchanges.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up is usually a safe choice.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, as it is printed specifically for you.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact support@teebeaver.com immediately after placing your order and include your order number.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking becomes available after shipment, not at checkout
  • You can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder and confirm your email address at checkout.

 

Can I Pick Up My Order?

At this time, in-person pickup is not available.

All Tee Beaver items are printed on demand and shipped directly from our print partners to your door.

 

Why Did My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

This can happen when:

  • Items are produced at different facilities
  • Products are made by different print partners
  • Items are ready to ship at different times

 If your order is split:

  • You’ll receive separate tracking emails
  • Items may arrive on different days
  • There is no extra shipping charge

This helps us deliver your items faster while maintaining print quality.

 

Do I Have to Pay Customs, Duties & Import Fees?

Generally, yes — depending on your country.

Import fees are not included in your Tee Beaver order total and are set by local customs authorities, not us.

 

European Union (EU)

  • VAT applies to all imports
  • Customs duties and handling fees may apply
  • Fees are collected before delivery

 United States (USA)

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes
  • Apparel duties depend on classification
  • Fees are the customer’s responsibility

 Australia

  • Orders under AUD $1,000 are usually exempt
  • Orders over AUD $1,000 may incur GST (10%), duties, and fees

 New Zealand

  • GST (15%) applies to imported goods
  • Customs or clearance fees may apply

Rest of World

·       Customs rules vary by country. Duties and taxes depend on product type and declared value.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all Tee Beaver products are made to order, our return policy is slightly different.

 

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color or style selection

Please double-check all details before ordering.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos

Most approved claims do not require returning the item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

International customs fees are non-refundable.

 

Why Does My Shirt Look Slightly Different From the Website?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric dye lots, and the printing process.

 

Can I Add or Change Items After Ordering?

We begin production shortly after an order is placed.

Because items are made to order, changes or additions are usually not possible.
If you notice an issue right away, contact us as soon as possible — changes are not guaranteed.
